you are right, but i had a lot of reasons for choosing "300 the movie" as the target that made me believe it would be more acheivable than 300 movie.
First off, most people search for "300 movie" not "300 the movie", and when they do that they click on the movie's official site and a lot of other sites ... so it would have been REALLY hard to come on top of the rankings with that key phrase ... cuz the algorithm detects what people click on when they search for something ... it would have been nearly impossible to compete.

Fewer people search for "300 the movie", in fact most of the people who do are probably Persians involved with this project who want to know what the status is, and they click on our project page ... that's why I felt it has a better chance to work ... and the fact that it's already on the second page proves that I think.

If I had asked peope to link using different phrases it might have scattered the efforts ... bringing smaller force behind many phrases as opposed to bringing a large force behind one phrase ... anyway that was my reasoning ... but 'mo'amma cho hal shavad asaan shavad' ... in retrospect now that we see the project isn't showing for '300 movie' results, it might have been good to ask people to use that phrase too ... the good news is it's ranking very high for a very useful keyphrase, and that is '300 movie info' ... try it
